We cannot find a person in this world who is no affected by headache atleast once in his lifetime.Perhaps , headache is the most common complaint.Its treatment chiefly depends on the casuative factor.

Sleeplessness
infection
eye strain
high B.P
allergy
fatigue
over work
anxiety

REMEDIES

Prepare afine paste of cinnamon by mixing it with water.Apply it over the forehead.
The flowers of Henna rubbed in vinegar should be applied over the forehead.
Hot foot baths are useful
